WhatsApp is finally providing updates for Windows phone. in their last update they introduced the calling feature which was most demanded feature by user of windows phone.after that some other minor bug fix updates are also arrived. but in their recent update they have bring some new interesting features to WhatsApp version 2.12.112.0 .

- Now you can mark chat as read or unread just like Facebook inbox system. by long pressing the chat will pop up option of mark as read or unread.which is good for users which have privacy concerns about last seen.
- in this update many new emoji are introduced and also some of the emoji have different color which we can use by pressing and holding on emoji. this is a good attempt by WhatsApp because they don't have Sticker so by introducing some new emoji, user will feel good and new about this.
- A new system is introduced for contact cards. now you can simply and easily save the contact card and can direct message them on WhatsApp.
- now user can select multiple messages in chat and can delete them at once or can also forward them to other contact just like inbox conversation system in windows phone 8.1 this is quiet helpful for user to manage their messages etc.
- now you can call with lower data charges because WhatsApp reduces the amount of data charge for calling in WhatsApp calling setting.
- now user have access to choose its own ringtone for WhatsApp call alert.
- in this update you can individually mute notifications for contact and also can choose different ringtone or notification tone.
- now you have access to the in app vibration and sound control which mean you can enable or disable vibration for incoming messages.
