Copy the link address of your Page
after creating page you have to make its link address which you can get from admin panel. after getting that page link.
Announce the Deletion of your Group
Go to your group whose admin ship you have and write a post about deletion of this group to a fix date along with the address of your page and ask them to join your page. so that user will saw this warning of deletion and join your page.
Choose a fix date for account deletion so that everyone can see this because not all members are online at all time.
