If you are a Windows phone user and also a blogger so you need to have an application for your blog posts and outages etc. Because writing posts and editing them on internet explorer is very difficult.
No Official application for Windows platform
Blogger launched their official application for Android and IOS platforms. But they forget to make for Windows operating systems. So simple is that there is no official App for blogger is available.
In windows store couple of blogger applications are available which are made by not officials. So the problem with them is that most of them are useless and just a bookmark which redirect you to internet explorer. And other problem is if any application is good, it's not for free.

Pin blogger is the only app in windows store which is wroth downloading because it is free and have all necessary features except photos upload. That mean you can create page write posts delete posts manage comments but you can't upload pictures. Anyway may be in their next update this option would be available as they have mention in their app.
